Role 1: Early-career, fully remote CoS
We're partnering with a profitable, high-growth logistics company to place a Level 1/Level 2 Chief of Staff reporting directly to the CEO. The right person has 2+ years in ops, product, RevOps, BizOps, or executive support, and is ready to step into a role with real scope. It's a small team, so your fingerprints will be on everything. Lots of room to grow with the business.

Role 2: Strategic CoS, NYC (in-person)
We're helping a founder on an off-market search. The CEO leads a well-funded AI company based in Brooklyn with strong momentum and tier-one customers already on board. They want a true strategic partner with 2-5 years in a high-caliber, fast-paced environment (think IB, PE, big law, talent agencies, consumer marketing, or a prior CoS seat). You should be high-agency, a graceful and precise communicator, and genuinely AI-pilled.
