Bryan is Chief Operating Officer at Suzy, an AI-powered connected research platform. He has helped build Suzy from the very early days (he’s been there for 11 years!), holding roles including Chief of Staff, Business Development, Audience Development, and more. ![]() | ![]() |
Bryan Silverman, Chief Operating Officer at Suzy, shares how his team uses AI to elevate the voice of the customer, drive product strategy, and more.
We discussed topics including:
Using automation to mine calls: a Gong and Zapier automation flags churn, updates win–loss statistics, and identifies patterns, letting leaders spend time on decisions, not data collection.
The power of storage: retaining analyses enables weekly and monthly pattern detection; avoids the leadership team overreacting to one anecdote.
Custom GPTs enforce alignment: centralized mission, ICPs, and strategy guide PRDs and prototypes, leading to an increase in quality and consistency across teams.
Systematizing comms: automations allow customer language to flow into sales and CS enablement, product rollouts, press, and more.
Wispr is his go-to: using voice-based workflows allows him to accelerate the transformation of thought into action. He data dumps conversationally, and then relies on ChatGPT to turn the raw communication into clear plans (with good prompts and editing).
The Middle 80%: subject-matter experts own the first and last 10% to raise quality - the middle 80% gets automated.
